Paul Carter, a loving husband, father and grandfather, born June 28, 1926 in Ada, Oklahoma, went to be with the Lord on July 26, 2004 at the age of 78. He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Ann Carter; daughter, Paula and son-in-law, Mark Kamprath; grandchildren, Jessica Stewart and Jacob Stewart; one sister, Helen Carter and many family and friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Harold Paul Carter, Jr.; parents, Harold P. and Cleo Carter; brother, Donald P. Carter, and brother-in-law, Leonard P. Carter. The family will receive friends and family on Wednesday from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Porter Loring McCullough. Service Thursday at 1:00 P.M. at Colonial Chapel, 1101 McCullough.
Elder Thomas Brown will officiate. Interment with Military Honors will follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
