ALEXANDRIA--Rev. Cyril C. Gray, 62, Linwood, R.R. 2, was dead on arrival at Community Hospital, Anderson, Saturday night after suffering an apparent heart attack. He was the pastor of the Vermillion Friends Church and worked at Delco-Remy, Anderson. He had lived in the Linwood community for 32 years and was a native of Hamilton County. He was a Navy veteran of World War I and was a member of the Linwood Christian Church and the World War I Barracks, Anderson.
Surviving are his wife, Veda; three daughters, Mrs. Helen Dill, Anderson, Mrs. Delena Hill, Platte Mouth, Neb., and Mrs. Janice Imel, Linwood; a son, Roger, at home; and 14 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the Linwood Christian Church at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday with Rev. C.L. McFarland officiating. Burial will be in Park View Cemetery. Friends may call at the Kyle Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Monday.
