THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO
B. H. HURSH:
Take notice that you have been sued in the above named court by said plaintiff, Ada Lee Hursh, alleging that you have failed to support said plaintiff and have abandoned her, that you are guilty of gross neglect of duty toward plaintiff and plaintiff is entitled to a decree of divorce from defendant, and that you must answer said petition on or before the 29th day of March, 1957, or said petition will be taken as true and a judgment will be rendered for said plaintiff granting her a divorce as prayed for.

Ada Lee Macomb, 64, 106 theast(sic) 66, died Thursday athr(sic) home. Memorial services will be Sunday at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. J.A. Warnken officiating.
Born April. 27, 1916, at Catoosa, Ada Lee Watts married Elmer Macomb in 1958 and they lived at Branson, Mo. until they moved to Sayre in 1969.
Survivors are her husband-of the home; one brother and one sister.
Burial will be in the Sayre-Doxey Cemetery under the direction of Rose Chapel
