Mrs. Nina Faye Bowling Mize, 85, of Tallapoosa, Georgia passed away on January 31, 2020.

She was born in Tallapoosa on November 8, 1934, to the late Archie and Nettie Smith Bowling.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William Coy Mize; a daughter, Terri Hines; and a sister, Margaret Dryden.

Faye is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Doug Browning, of Carrollton; a son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Janice Williams, of Florida; four grandchildren, Josh Hines, Matthew (Amanda) Hines, Chris Williams, and Cassell Browning; two great grandchildren; and two brothers and sisters-in-law, Duel and Joyce Bowling and Calvis and Sandra Bowling, all of Tallapoosa.

In keeping with her wishes, Faye will be cremated. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 1, 2020 at 3:00PM in the Miller Funeral Home Dogwood Chapel with Rev. Randy Robinson officiating. The family will receive friends in the chapel from 1:00 to 3:00PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
