After high school graduation, Allan proudly served his county in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Conflict until his honorable discharge. Allan worked as a mechanic and truck driver. He married Diana Lynn Lokey on March 10, 1984. They were blessed with 30 years together until her death in 2014. Allan was always a talker and never met a stranger. He knew how to make an impression. There was always a story to be told about his many adventures and would tell them to anyone willing to listen. He will be greatly missed by many but will live on in our memories.
