Edgar was a self-made businessman and a small business owner. He enjoyed collecting records, fishing, his grandkids, and jigsaw puzzles.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Mrs. Bessie Anne Acup, his children; Clay and Renee, four grandkids; Anna, Sammi, Timmy, and Carelton, three great-grandkids; Landry, Davy, and Ezra, one sister Jeanne, and uncles and aunts.
