Albert O'Dell "Al" Brooks age 78 of Henagar died Wednesday, January 22 at Erlanger Medical Center. A visitation will be Thursday from 4 to 8 pm at Corner Stone Funeral Chapel.
Survivors include wife, Alice Brooks, daughters, Linda Hurst(Robert), Lisa McCurdy(Roger), Tabatha Hammet(Joe Moore ), son, Tommy Brooks(Sharon), 16 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, sister, Imogene Mayfield(Howard), brother, Willard Brooks.
Mr. Brooks was a graduate of South Harriman High School and a retired Boilermaker. He was preceded in death by his parents, Collas Gilbert and Viola Martha Elizabeth Johnston Brooks, first wife, Lola Nell Blackwell Brooks, sister, Christine Brooks, brother, Franklin Brooks.
