Jack Hayes Ammons, of Lexington, Kentucky, passed away at Saint Joseph Hospital. Son of the late, David Leon Ammons and Bertha Medford Ammons; also preceded in death by his son, Jack Rickey Ammons; and all of his siblings.

Survived by one daughter, Julie Ammons Seanor (Mike); and one son, Jerry Ammons (Joellen); five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Jack lived most of his life in Brevard. He worked for Ecusta, in the Rewinding Department.
