Thomas Dean Hightower Jr., 25, of Amarillo died Tuesday, July 24, 2007.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, 6969 E. Interstate 40. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Thomas was born Aug. 18, 1981, in Amarillo to Thomas and Sheree Hightower. He was a 2000 graduate of Palo Duro High School and had attended West Texas A & M University in pursuit of a degree in music education.
Survivors include his parents; a brother, Christopher Hightower; a sister, Shauna Hightower; his grandparents, Bob and Billie Davis, Ray Hightower and Deanie Burch; and a niece, Alyssa Hightower.
The family suggests memorials be to the ACE Scholarship Fund, in care of Palo Duro High School, 1400 N. Grant St., Amarillo, TX 79107.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
