She worked in production at Guide Lamp in Anderson for over 20 years, and she retired in 1993. Sue married Lee E. Craig on Oct. 20, 1978, and they shared over 28 years of marriage together until his passing in 2007.
She was a member of the Aroma United Methodist Church. During the summer months Sue liked to go to the lakes, go on golf cart rides, sit by the pool, and just spend time outdoors. She was a former member of the Frankton American Legion. Sue loved animals, especially her beloved dog, "Bella." She also loved to be around people and was always known for giving everyone around her usual big hug. More than anything, Sue loved her family very much, and all her grandchildren were extremely special to her.
Sue's family includes her daughter, Nikki (husband, Anthony) Morris of Orestes; stepdaughter, Jana Craig of Anderson; four grandchildren, Cole Morris, Kaleigh Morris, Ryan Morris and Gené Matlack; sister, Louise Hudson of Kansas; brother, Terry Lee (wife, Linda) Humerickhouse of Anderson; brother-in-law, Lindon (wife, Ann) Craig of Muncie; and several nieces and nephews.
