Patti was born in Sioux City, IA, on June 1, 1954, to Robert Pierce and Betty Baker. She was the seventh born of nine children. She married Ronald “Ron” D. Williams on May 1, 1993.

Patti was born and raised in Sioux City, IA then moved to Colorado in 1988. Patti lived in Firestone, CO, with her sister-in-law Deborah Brigham after Ron passed in 2016. She worked the last ten years for Majestic Limousine.

When she wasn’t working, she was making old things new. Patti had a knack for refurbishing and painting furniture. She made the most out-of-date rooms look lively again. She enjoyed volunteering at her church, Grace Place. Patti had the gift of listening without judgment and made people at Grace Place feel welcomed.

Patti’s true passion, though, was to spend time with her 17 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Time stood still when she spent time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She made each one feel valued and special. She loved to watch their sports, take them to movies, teach her granddaughters how to sew, and never missed an opportunity to get on the floor and play.

Patti is survived by her children, Jason (Shannon) McWilliams, Jamie (Bill) Towers, Robert (Brandi) McWilliams, and Ryan (Elisha) McWilliams; 12 grandchildren; three grandchildren; stepsons, Ronnie (Mindy) Williams and Jeremy Williams, along with five step-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by both her parents; one sister; Lynn; and her husband, Ron.
