One of four children of Leo M. and Elsie F. Johnson Cullins, Dallas was born on February 17, 1939, in Fayette County and graduated from Kennedy High School in Glenwood.
Dallas served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam era and was employed at Custom Extrusion in Connersville, retiring after 41 years of service.
Dallas was an avid hunter and loved his dogs.
Survivors include his long-time companion, Patsy Jackson; several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
Dallas was preceded in death by his parents; and three sisters, Deloris Gilley, Lois Reed, and Maxine Ellis.
Family and friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 15, 2020, at Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home. Stan Howard will officiate. Burial with military honors provided by the Fayette County Veterans Council will follow in Orange North Cemetery.
