December 17, 1953 - January 3, 2020 Sharon Rose Bowman was born December 17, 1953 in Berea KY and departed this life Friday, January 3, 2019 at her residence in Sand Gap, being 66 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Elza Joe & Lucy (Coffey) Knuckles.
Sharon is survived by her husband William “Bill” Bowman and two daughters, Christine (Darrell) Isaacs of McKee, and Loretta Van Winkle of Berea. She is also survived by three sisters, Geraldine (Johnny) Sturgill of Berea, Marie (Jake) Bowman of Mt. Vernon, and Brenda Sue Hannaway of Waco and by sisters in law, Elsie Knuckles and Cindy Knuckles both of Berea. She was blessed with one grandson, Darrell Isaacs.
In addition to her parents, Sharon was also preceded in death by her son, William Bowman and by a sisters, Mafrey Knuckles and Louise (Everett) Williams and by brothers, Hershel, Harold (Opal) and Joe Knuckles.
Funeral service 1:00 PM Tuesday, January 7, 2019 at Lakes Funeral Home with Michael McKinney officiating. Burial to follow in the Scaffold Cane Cemetery.
