Nelson Howard George, 61, First Street, Catawissa. died May 19, 1958 in Shamokin Hospital, where he had been a patient for three weeks. Death was due to a complication.
Born in Cleveland Township, November 23. 1896, Mr. George was a son of the late Harvey and Lillian (Fields) George. He was a member of Catawissa Methodist Church.
Survivors included the widow, the former Mary Yeager: four step-sons, Charles and James, Catawissa: Ronald, Rupert, and William, at home, and several nephews and nieces.
Funeral services were held in Billig Funeral Home, Numidia.
Burial was in Hillside Cemetery, Catawissa.
