Jalaine Robbins 1927 - 2017, age 90, passed away on September 28th, 2017 as a result of Alzheimer's. Born in Richmond, Utah on June 24th, 1927 to Melvyn Harold "Holly" Albiston and Ruby Mendenhall Wilkinson. Raised in Richmond, Jalaine always loved her small town upbringing. She married Lowell Wesley (Bud) Robbins on November 17, 1951 in Salt Lake City. Marriage later solemnized in the Logan temple. Jalaine was a good sport, learning to ski, golf and play tennis with her sports crazy husband. She loved family and always had an open door for anyone to stay. She raised her family and lived much of her life in the Millcreek area. She held many church positions and worked at the Church Office Building for many years. Survived by her son Scott (Deb) and daughter Jan Long (Jim) and sister Shirley Larsen. Preceded in death by her husband Bud, sister Helen and parents. Thanks to staff at The Coventry, The Ridge, Pheasant Run and Cornerstone Hospice for their care. Graveside services on Saturday, September 30th at 2:30pm in the Richmond City Cemetery where Jalaine and Bud will be interred.
