He is survived by his loving wife, DeLoris; his children Deatra and Deric; two step-sons Darryl and Dexter; his son-in-law Ted; 14 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter Kristi Ruth Wesley.
Blaine worked as a printer until his retirement in 1992. He loved carpentry, crafts, fishing, and singing love songs to his wife of 60 years.
His family and friends will greatly miss him. Services were held at 11 am on May 16, 2015, at the City of Mesa Cemetery.
