Nadine H. Denny, age 95 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed from this life Monday, December 9, 2019, in Cookeville.
She was born Thursday, May 22, 1924 in Franklin, North Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Earnest and Reba (Parrish) Huggins.
She was a loving Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother, and Friend to all that knew her. She was a member of First Baptist Church, and enjoyed quilting, working in her flower garden, and will be remembered for her fried chicken.
She is survived by: 2 Daughters: Diana Denny of Nashville, TN, Debra Denny Cobb of Cookeville, TN; 1 Son: David Hugh Denny of Bowling Green, KY; 3 Granddaughters and Spouses: Shannon and John Towe of Pinellas Park, FL, Devon and Trampus Jaggers of Bowling Green, KY, Megan Denny of Nashville, TN; 2 Great Grandchildren: Alyssa Jaggers of Auburn, KY, David Ray Jaggers of Bowling Green, KY; 3 Sisters and Spouses: Carol and Jimmy Mehta of Franklin, NC, Beth Harper of Madison, AL, Wanda and Guy Fouts of Franklin, NC; 1 Brother: Mitchell Huggins of Franklin, NC.
Also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her Husband: Charles Hugh Denny, 2 Brothers, Bill and Rass Huggins, 3 Sisters: Christine Welch, Ann Welch, and Laura Jean Stidham.
Funeral services for Ms. Denny were held Thursday, December 12, 2019 from the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home.. Interment followed in Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery.
