WILLIAM S. HARMON, an old resident of
this village, died at his residence last Wednesday,
February 7th, aged 72 years. Mr.
Harmon was well known as a worker
in marble, having carried on the business
at Attica Center, and in this village fifty-one
years. He was a genial and pleasant
man, with always a kind and cheerful
word for all. He leaves a wife and two
children, Usual H. Harmon of this village,
and Mrs. Adelbert Jones, of Orangeville.
His sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Fuller, of Rushford,
was here during a part of his sickness.
Mr. Harmon was confined to
his house during his last illness about
three months, with Bright's disease of the
kidneys.
