Survivors include two sons, Louie of St. Petersburg, Jason of Miami; two daughters, Miss Eva Hudnell, Washington and Mrs. Margaret Davis, Neptune, N.J.; a brother, Talmadge Rousseau of China; two grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Suit for $50,000 damages against Sheriff Lindsey and his bondsmen and two local policemen who were in the party that killed W. A. Hudnell in a liquor raid in St. Petersburg recently. Formal notice of the filing of the suit has been given to the defendants. The suit was filed by Mrs. Edith Hudnell. Hudnell and his son, Roy, the latter aged 13, were killed by county and city officers.
