Richard "Dale" Williams
  Richard Dale Williams, beloved husband, father and grandfather, 61, died September 6, 1993 of heart failure.
  Born in Ogden, Utah on October 8, 1931 to Verna Moore Williams and Arvul James Williams. Married Diane Bowers on September 4, 1959; later married in the temple June 22, 1973.
  He was a staff sergeant in the US Air Force in 1950-54. He received the National Defense Service Medal, UN Service Medal, Korean Service Medal, and Good Conduct Medal. He graduated from the University of Utah in 1958 with a BSBA in medical technology. He was president of the USMT and was Medical Technologist of the Year in 1961.
  Survived by his wife, Diane; sons and daughter, Doug, Don and Denise; and three grandchildren, Christopher, Nathan and Erica. He was preceded in death by his parents.
  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 8, 1993, 1 p.m. at Deseret Mortuary, 36 East 200 South, where friends may call one hour prior to services.
Dale will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
