David was preceded in death by his wife, Melinda Ann Daniel (nee Meyer), and two sisters, Linda Bryant and Sandra Munninghoff. He is survived by a daughter, Alicia (Alonzo) Warner of Warrensburg, MO; a son, Bobby Daniel of Batavia, OH; two grandchildren, Alice & Alivia Warner.
