William R. "Bill" Monetta, 54, of Port St. Lucie passed away Dec. 11th at his residence. Bill was born in Camp Kilmer, NJ, and has resided here for the past 15 years, moving here from New Jersey.

He attended St. Andrew Catholic Church and was active in Little League, Cub Scouting, and enjoyed fishing and the outdoors.

He is survived by his father, Frank R. Monetta, of Stuart. His two brothers, Frank W. Monetta, of Port St. Lucie, and Christopher J. Monetta (Karen) of Wilmington, NC. His sister, Mary Alexander (Dr. Eugene) of Ft. Smith, AK and his three nieces, Jennifer, Lori Beth, and Kimberlee and his two nephews, Christopher and Nathaniel.

Memorial Contributions can be made to Jesus House of Hope, 2484 SE Bonita St. Stuart, FL 34997 in Bill's memory.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, Dec. 15th at 10 AM at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Stuart with Fr. Bernard Powell, officiating.
