Perry - Carrie L. Walker died Monday, May 3, 1999. Funeral services will be Saturday in New Hope Baptist Church. Burial will take place at Rest Haven Cemetery.
Mrs. Walker was born in Perry. She was retired and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church for more than 60 years.
Survivors include six children, Vivian Walker Bennett of Worcester, Mass., Velma Walker Hodges and Carrie Walker, both of Perry, Betty Walker of Oak Ridge, Tenn., Bivins Walker Jr of Ft. Valley and Priscilla Walker of Atlanta; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
