WILLIAM FRUMP

Hillsboro, Ohio - Services for William J. Frump, 84, Democratic leader in Highland County for nearly 50 years, are to be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Rhoads Funeral Home, with burial following in Hillsboro Cemetery. Mr. Frump died late Thursday at his home here.
In addition to his political activity, Mr. Frump was a farmer in early life and also was a livestock and wool dealer until the time of his death.
He was chairman of the Highland County Democratic Executive Committee, a post he had served numerous times, at the time of his death.
Mr. Frump is survived by a son, Maurice of Delray Beach, Fla.; and a brother, Frank, of Bedford, Ind.
