ROCHESTER, Ill. — Colleen McCoy, 76, passed away March 23, 2016, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, Ill. Born on June 8, 1939 in Fairview, Okla. she was the daughter of Frank B. and Audrey (Cunningham) Cluster. On Dec. 23, 1961, she married Ted L. McCoy. She was a graduate of Great Bend High School and Fort Hays Kansas State Teachers College. Over her career, she worked as a demonstrator for the electric company, a school teacher, and a seamstress specializing in custom wedding and bridesmaid dresses.

Survivors include her son, Brig C. McCoy of Kansas City, Mo.; sister Jeanine Lunsford of Stafford County; and brother-in-law David McCoy of Topeka. She was preceded in death by her husband Ted; and her son Greg.
Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday at Wilson Park Funeral Home in Rochester, Ill. Interment will be held at Great Bend scheduled later this year. Memorials are suggested to Memorial Medical Center Foundation in Springfield, Ill.
