Loma Dodson Denney, age 90, of Revelo, KY passed away on Friday,
November 22, 2019 at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, KY.
She was born March 12, 1929 in Whitley City, KY to George and Lillie
Anderson Dodson.

Loma was a member of Stearns First Baptist Church where she was a
member of the choir, served in the Youth Department and on several
committees. She was a director of Highland Telephone for 23 years and
served on the Stearns Cemetery Board. She worked at Store #1 until
the closing of Stearns Coal and Lumber Company and then worked for
Oscar Worley and Associates until she retired.

Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, Willard 'Wig'
Denney and a son, Larry Denney. She is survived by a son, Darrell
Denney (Sandra) of Strawberry Plains, TN; daughter-in-law, Cynthia
Denney of Louisville, KY; a special niece, Donna Hiett (Larry) of
Burns,TN; grandchildren: Melyssa Haack (Jeremy) of Baltimore, MD;
Laura Ward (Darius) of Oviedo, FL; Megan Myers (David) of Worthington,
IN; grandchildren: Jordan Haack, Makenna Haack, Camden Ward,
Tanner Ward, Dristen Ward, Alison Gray, Ryan Farrell; and a host of
nieces, nephews and friends to mourn her passing.

Funeral services will be 1:00 Tuesday, November 26 at Hickman Strunk
Funeral Home chapel with Pastor Hilton Duncan officiating. Interment
will be in the Stearns Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:00am November 26
until the funeral hour. In lieu of flowers, please donate to: Integrated
