BLOOMFIELD - Milton E. "Milt" Dwelly, 59, entered eternal rest on Saturday, February 1, 2003, in the comfort of his home while surrounded by his family and friends who loved and cared for him. He was a native of Fayette County, KY, having relocated to Nelson County, KY, in 1983.

He was retired from the IBM Corporation, where he worked for 26 years. Prior to his death, he was the employment and recruiting manager for the Neil Huffman Automotive Group in Louisville. He was an Army veteran, a former Fayette County police officer and a member of the Bloomfield Masonic Lodge #57 F&AM and the Chaplin (KY) Fork Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Katrina Bertram Dwelly; two sons, Erik and Lukas Dwelly; his mother, Mrs. Sally Riddell; a sister, Carolyn Eason; two brothers, Ronnie Riddell and Jeff Sparks.

Funeral services for Mr. Milton E. "Milt" Dwelly will be at noon on Tuesday, February 4, 2003, from the Houghlin Funeral Home in Bloomfield, by Bro. David Henson and Bro. Kevin Coulter. Burial will be in Highview Cemetery in Chaplin. Friends may kindly visit the funeral home from 7-9 p.m. Monday. The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Hospice of Nelson County.
