Sandra Moonyean Aemisegger, 81, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma formerly of Elk City, Kansas passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2019 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at Webb & Rodrick Chapel and Crematory. Friends may register from 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 with the family receiving friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the chapel. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery in Elk City, Kansas. Memorials may be made to Grace Hospice and may be left with the chapel.

Sandy was born in Independence, Kansas she attended and graduated from Elk City, Kansas Schools. She attended Pittsburg State University and studied cosmetology. Sandy married Noel “Shorty” Aemisegger on March 15, 1957 at Elk City, Kansas. The couple made their home In Elk City, Kansas where Sandy owned and operated Trimmer Lane Beauty salon in Elk City. Sandy was a lifelong member of the First Christian Church in Elk City where she was active in the choir, helped with Vacation Bible School and will be remembered as always active and helping in the community.

Sandy was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Shorty, one sister Joline Coonrod, one brother John Morse. Those left to cherish her memory include one son Kirk Aemisegger, Independence, Kansas, one daughter, Treva Morse, Caney, Kansas, four grandchildren, Corrine (Brad) Bryant, Caney, Kansas, Nick Morse, Elk City, Kansas, Scott Aemiegger, Independence, Kansas, Adam Aemisegger, Independence, Kansas, five great grandchildren, Rxea, Gage, Adison, Logan, and Alivia. niece Joycelind (Andy) Wilson, Neosho, Missouri, nephew, Dorman (Darlene) Morse, Dewey, Oklahoma.
