Rita Carol Payne Bright, age 76, of Eminence, passed away on Friday, September 16, 2022. She was born September 9, 1946, to the late Gayle Harrison Payne and Martha Louise (Kelley) Payne.
She was a member of New Castle Methodist Church and attended Grub Ridge Church.
Rita worked for the Kentucky Department of Revenue and was retired from the Henry County P.V.A. She loved her grandchildren and the Cincinnati Reds.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Marshall "Lynn" Bright; one son, Marty Bright; and two sisters, Linda (Payne) Grauman and Gayla Sue Payne.
