Ruby E. Rhodes Arnold, 77, of Batesville died Monday, July 2, 2001, at her home. Born Nov. 26, 1923, at Guion, she was the daughter of F.W. and Orlena McCormack Ledford. She was a homemaker and of the Protestant faith. Survivors include three sisters, Violet Sipes and Patty Pinkston, both of Batesville, and Lorene Driskill of Kettle Falls, Wash.; a brother, David Ledford of Batesville; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Charles Rhodes; her second husband, William Arnold; and three brothers, George Ledford, Jasper Ledford and Lois Ledford. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel with Billy Huff officiating. Burial will be in Egner Cemetery at Batesville. Pallbearers will be Kirby Pinkston, George Crenshaw, Gene Pinkston, Billy Huff, Michael Demster, Robert Harris and Junior McCormack.
