E. W. Springer, a prominent and highly respected citizen of Haskell county, died at Bowie last Sunday March 26th. The remains arrived here Monday evening, accompanied by his wife and son, Ned, and remained at the home of Dr. Bunkley until the following morning, when they were carried to Haskell for burial.
