Geneva McGlone Everitt, age 85, of Gurdon died Friday March 6, 2009 at the Twin Rivers Nursing and Rehab in Arkadelphia.
Mrs. Everitt was born September 27, 1923 in Gurdon to Hosea and Blanche Williams Barfield.
She was a housewife, and a member of Beech Street Baptist Church in Gurdon.
Mrs. Everitt was preceded in death by her parents and husbands Dennis McGlone and Harrell Everitt.
She is survived by two sons; Tom McGlone and wife Linnie of New Jersey and Bill McGlone of Hot Springs, Arkansas; one granddaughter, Stormy McGlone of Florida; one step-grandson, Michael Kramer of Missouri; four nieces and one nephew; and Mr. Everitts 5 children and families.
Graveside funeral services will be Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at 2:00 pm at Nubbin Hill at Missionary Grove Baptist Church Cemetery at Prescott, with Dr. Lee McGlone officiating. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Monday March 9, 2009 a
