Tina M. (Fulkersin) Seltzer
Owner/operator of photography business
Tina M. (Fulkersin) Seltzer, 64, of Dorrance Township passed away suddenly on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019, while visiting with family in Georgia.
Born in Berwick on Sept. 15, 1955, she was the daughter of Audrey (Yaple) Naus of Berwick and the late Donald Fulkersin. She was raised in Nescopeck by the late Roy and Esther (Lex) Slusser.
She graduated from Berwick High School in 1973. Not long after graduation, Tina started working at RCA, Mountain Top, which became Fairchild Semiconductor and now ON, where she had been employed for over 40 years. In addition, she owned and operated a professional photography business called FotoBooth for many years.
Tina was a member of St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church, Hobbie.
She liked going out to eat with friends at her favorite restaurants. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her cherished grandchildren.
Tina will be greatly missed by her husband, Duane E. Seltzer, at home; sons: Michael Seltzer and fiancée Naomi, Dorrance, Jason Seltzer and wife Amanda, Dorrance; daughter, Mandi Marquez and husband Abimael, Georgia; eight grandchildren: Blaze, Emmersyn, Wyatt, Easton, Dycen, Bridger, Harley and Lennox. She also leaves behind sisters: Jody Seltzer, Berwick, Tammy Puma, New York; half sisters and brothers: Marcy, Lisa, Pam, Wade and Donald; many nieces and nephews; and a large extended Seltzer family, as well as several foster children whom she helped raise.
In addition to her foster parents and father, she was preceded in death by brothers, Donald and David Fulkersin.
Tina’s request was to be cremated with no formal services. Her family is honoring her request but will be having an informal Celebration of Life today (Nov. 13, 2019) from 6-8 p.m. at St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church, 827 East County Road, Wapwallopen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to her family to help defray her final expenses.
