Bobbye Joyce Poston, 67, of San Antonio, Texas passed away on February 21, 2017, in San Antonio, Texas. Bobbye was adopted by Hollis Bruce and Gladys Glaeser Williams in San Antonio on July 8th, 1949. Bobbye went on to marry Ronald Poston on
October 4th, 1969. They were married for 19 years and had 5 children together.
Bobbye graduated from the San Antonio College in 1969. Bobbye had a passion for caring for the elderly. She worked as a nurse in several nursing homes throughout her life. She loved horses and told stories of spending time with her father in the stables, much to the chagrin of her mother. She is preceded in death by both of her parents. She is survived by her 5 children: Michael Poston of San Antonio, Texas; David Poston of Nicholasville, Kentucky; Steve Poston of Battle Ground, Washington; Lisa Valdez of Kerrville, Texas , and Brian Poston of San Antonio, Texas. A memorial service will be conducted on March 2nd at the Latter Day Saints chapel located in San Antonio, Texas.
