He was born to John Bell and Flora Marie Wagner Bell. He had worked any years for Burgess Specialty Fabricating. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting, fishing and photography. He was a kind gentleman and patriotic person who loved his country.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Lindy Bell; stepson, Donovan Triplett; brother, Ronnie McMann (Margrit); sisters, Shelia Bolin (Jack), Cindy Sokol (Dave), Pam Weiss (Ronnie); ten nieces and nephews.
