Havis Lee Baker, 77, died Monday at Baptist Health East.

He was a native of Sheridan, Ark., retired owner of the old H. L. Baker Co. and a retired employee of Engelhard Elementary School.

Survivors: two sons, Donald L. Baker of Atlanta and Dr. Richard W. Baker; a daughter, Dr. Patty Baker Weigel; and five grandchildren.

Funeral: 10 a.m. Wednesday, Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 3345 Lexington Road. Burial: Calvary Cemetery. Visitation: Ratterman's, 3711 Lexington Road, 406 p.m. Tuesday.
