Mrs. Budd, daughter of the late James Bruce Haddock, was born in Albany, grew up in Fort Valley and had lived in Macon since 1980. She was a graduate of Mercer University where she was a member of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. Mrs. Budd was an accountant with Isabel's and a substitute at Stein Mart boutique. She was a sustainer of the Junior League of Macon and was a member of Christ Episcopal Church. Survivors include her husband, William Mixon Budd of Macon; her daughter, Anne Townshend Budd of Macon; her mother, Joyce Priester Haddock of Macon; her brother, Richard Bruce (Amy) Haddock of Gray and her nephew, Dalton Bruce Haddock of Gray.
