CAMP HILL Forrest S. Ernst, 89, died Monday, July 9, 2007, at West Shore Health and Rehab Center, East Pennsboro. He was the retired owner/operator of Ernst Tile and Linoleum, New Cumberland. He was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Camp Hill; the Mechanicsburg Club; the Steelton Moose; was a longtime Camp Hill Teener baseball coach; a Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles Fan; and was an excellent poker player. Mr. Ernst was born July 23, 1917, in Harrisburg, the son of the late John and Rebecca (Hafer) Ernst. He was the widower of Jeanne E. (Cuddy) Ernst. Surviving are two sons, Barry L. of Albany, Ga., and Bradley E. of Cochranville; two daughters, Nancy J. Fisher and husband, Gary of York, and Bonny S. Kyler and husband, Stacy of Camp Hill; a sister, Mary Zeigler of Harrisburg; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday in Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1303 Bridge St., New Cumberland, with the Rev. John H. Brock officiating. Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Twp. Viewing will be held one hour prior to services in the funeral home on Saturday.
