The will of the late Mrs. Maria Gunster was admitted to probate yesterday and let ters testamentary were granted to Hon. Fred W. Gunster. In the will Mrs. Gunster divides her property, both real and personal, equally bet ween her seven sons. To Hon. Fred W. Gunster the testator devises her crucifix. In order to probate the will it was first necessary to probate the will of Peter Gun ster, sr., Mrs. Maria Gunster's husband, which was dated July 20, 186t. and which had never been offered for probate. It is written in German script and was the source of Mrs. Gunster's title to much of which she possessed. ine will ot Mrs. ljunster is in the neat but peculiar handwriting of Judge Gunster and was signed on Dec. 3. ISSi, A. H. Schlaser and Joseph Miller being the witnesses. .
