Funeral services for Mr. Carl R. Martin, age 87, of Fayetteville, TN, who passed away Friday, October 6, 2006, in the Donalson Care Center, will be conducted Sunday, October 8, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Gallant Funeral Home with Joe Wayne McGee officiating. Burial will follow in Kelso Cemetery. Mr. Martin was a native of Lincoln Co., TN, son of the late Hugh R. & Nora Norman Martin, a farmer and a member of the Harms Church of Christ. Survivors include 1 granddaughter: Christy & Charlie Davis of Fayetteville, TN; 1 great granddaughter: Ivy Ann Davis; 1 step-great granddaughter: Kelsey Elizabeth Davis and 1 son-in-law: J.N. 'Jimmy' Jennings, Jr. and a host of friends and neighbors. Visitation with the family will be Saturday evening from 5 until 8 p.m. at the Gallant Funeral Home.
