She was a member of Oakland Baptist Church.
She was the widow of Frank I. Parker.
She is survived by a daughter, Frankie Joyce Couey of Dalton, Ga.; a son, Phillip Gary Parker of Loganville, Ga.; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Ann M. Calloway of Atlanta, Ga.
Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 14, 2001 at Oakey's North Chapel with Rev. Kelly Dampeer officiating. The interment will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday at Oakey's North Chapel.
