He was born on July 31, 1968 in Ft. Madison to Larry C. and Karen Brown Tuttle. Shane worked at Bluebird in Mt. Pleasant. He enjoyed fishing, painting and being with his animals. His great love was spending time with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters in infancy and his grandparents.
