George Washington Case passed away on October 21, 2019. He was born in Oakland California to George and Lucia Case. His father served in the Navy, but then moved his young family to the Panama Canal Zone where George spent his childhood with wonderful memories in the close-knit community of Americans in Panama. George proudly served in the US Army for over 23 years where he served primarily as a Military Police Officer. George traveled the world in the military for many years, first while he was active duty, and then upon retirement, he moved to many places with his wife for her career. They loved living overseas in Korea and Germany where they made life-time friends and memories. He was loving, strong, funny and highly opiniated about his politics, God and various other topics; he also loved to tell stories of his many adventures; he loved to read and often had several books started at once; and he was an avid writer. His greatest accomplishment in life are his children and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, daughters, grandchildren, sister, other relatives and many friends.

Rest in peace, sir.
