Floyd is survived by wife of 50 years, Juanita Ballinger; son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Cathy Ballinger of Worthington; grandchildren, Shade Semancik and her husband, Jeff Mollett of Grandview, Brian Ballinger and his fiance, Tracy Thomas of Upper Arlington; great-grandson, Nikolai Semancik; sisters, Eudella Sheets, Lois (Jim) Borah, all of Bremen and Francis Love of Lancaster; brothers, Robert Ballinger of Lancaster, Albert Franklin Ballinger and his wife of Florida.
