GUTHRIE, MYRTLE A. age 81, of Dolomite died September 10, 1995. Mrs. Guthrie was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church in Dolomite for 66 years. Mrs. Guthrie was also a member of the Eastern Stars - Dolomite Chapter 170 for over 50 years. Funeral service will be Thursday, September 14, at 2 p.m. from Brown Service West Chapel with burial in Valhalla Cemetery. Visitation for friends will be Wednesday, September 13, from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Survivors: daughter, Charlene Hicks; sister, Elizabeth Shoemaker; grandchildren, Allen Hicks, Michael Hicks, and Shari Chamblee; great-grandchildren, Bailey Hicks and Charley Hicks.
