Survivors include her husband of fifty-one years, Carl Remlinger, Sr. of Casey, IL; sons, Carl Remlinger, Jr. of Casey, IL and Robert Remlinger (Bridgette) of Martinsville, IL; grandchildren, Kayla Wilson (William), Heather Remlinger, Gunner Remlinger (Jerrica), Gavin Remlinger, Konner Remlinger and Kamryn Remlinger; great grandchildren, Laila Wilson, Leo Wilson, Barrett Remlinger and Oakleigh Remlinger and sister, Cecile Stephens (Dale) of Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents and ten siblings.
Lilly was a 1963 graduate of Martinsville High School. She previously worked for Zenith in Paris, IL, Ettlebrick Shoe Factory, Casey Tool and Machine, Casey’s General Store and IGA in Casey, IL. Lilly enjoyed knitting, board games, playing cards, flea markets, traveling and dancing when she was young. She loved caring for children and raising animals.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Monday, October 21, 2019 at Markwell Funeral Home with Rev. Ivan Bennett officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Street Cemetery, Casey, IL. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the service on Monday at Markwell Funeral Home, 200 N. Central Ave., Casey, IL.
