Born August 23, 1923 in Perris, California to Arthur Ralph and Beulah Barnett Beard. Married Beatrice Thomas, July 16, 1954. She preceded him in death March 19, 1981.
He was an employee of the Amoco Refinery; Veteran, World War II, serving in the Navy.
Survivors: two daughters, Peggy Winward, Salt Lake City; Gwen Evans, California; two son, Joseph M. Weaver, Idaho; Dennis Weaver, Salt Lake City; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services, Monday, at the Lake Hills Cemetery, 10055 South State.
