Funeral services were held, Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Brownsburg Christian Church for Edgar Hufford, age 61, who died at his home there Thursday evening. Burial was in Green Lawn cemetery. A life-long resident of Hendricks county, he was employed as a machinist for Allison Division of General Motors in Indianapolis. Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Ellie Hufford; three sons, Marshall and Walter of Brownsburg, and Sergt. Charles Hufford, in New Guinea with the Air Corps; two daughters, Mrs. Irene Beaver and Mrs. Louise Vidito of Brownsburg; two brothers, Joel and John, and three sisters, Mrs. Ella Gardner of Brownsburg, Mrs. Carrie Garner of Indianapolis, and Mrs. Julia Beaman of Pittsboro.
