Was married to Samantha Ellen "Ellen" White on July 30th 1900 in Orr Indian Territory now Jefferson County, Ardmore, Oklahoma. Book E Page 45 license # 756. I have a copy of the License I would be more than happy to share.

Son of Wilson Oliver "Knob" Tow
and Homa Jean "Jeannie" Buffalo.

I also have a copy of his World War 1 Draft Registration Card. I would be more than happy to share.
