Original Post showed/stated Birth Year as: 1865; however, research turned up Texas Death Certificate which states: Date of Birth - 1866 MO. * One "Other Factor" to be consider! His father, Andrew Allen Biggs served in the Civil War and was Discharged at Little Rock, Arkansas on June 17/19, 1865. * Please tell me how he can get home in time to be Father of a child in October 1865?
